According to the rules of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, electric vehicles whose top speed is 25 km per hour do not require any kind of driving license and registration to drive them on the road. This means that if you buy an electric two-wheeler with a maximum top speed of 25 km per hour, then you will never need a driving license and will not have to pay a challan for over speeding. In such a situation, even if the police catch you, you will only have to give them all the information.
