Moscow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was officially awarded the ‘Order of St. Andrew the Apostle’ by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. PM Modi has been awarded this honor for his exceptional services in promoting bilateral relations between the two countries.

But before giving the honor to PM Modi, President Putin was seen explaining something to him. In the video and pictures released on social media, it can be seen that PM Modi is telling something to Putin. First he shows him the front and then shows him something behind. Actually, Putin explains to Modi the meaning of the special signs used in the honor given to him.
