New Delhi. Bajaj Auto has launched the updated Pulsar N160 motorcycle. The ex-showroom price of this bike has been fixed at Rs 1.40 lakh. The N160 is the latest edition bike in the Pulsar lineup and has been introduced with many advanced features. The biggest update in the new Pulsar N160 is its front USD forks, due to which the bike’s suspension performance is expected to improve. The new model of Pulsar N160 is Rs 6,000 more expensive than its old variant. Let us tell you that this is the only 160cc bike in the market that comes with dual channel ABS.
The 2024 Pulsar N160 also gets a Bluetooth-enabled instrument console that comes with turn-by-turn navigation. Apart from this, the bike now gets three ABS modes – Road, Rain and Off-Road. However, the ABS mode cannot be completely turned off in this bike, rather the ABS can only be adjusted according to the modes.
The bike is equipped with dual channel ABS
The new Pulsar N160 is available in four color options, which include red, white, blue and black. Talking about the engine, it uses the same 164.82cc single cylinder, oil-cooled engine of the old model which gives a power of 16 hp and a peak torque of 14.7 Nm. For braking, the bike has been given standard dual channel ABS with disc brakes on both wheels.
Other Pulsar models also get updates
Apart from the new N160 variant, Bajaj Auto has also announced updates for the 2024 models of the Pulsar 125, Pulsar 150 and Pulsar 220F. These models now feature a fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, USB charger and new graphics. The prices of these updated models are as follows: Pulsar 125 is priced at Rs 92,883, Pulsar 150 is priced at Rs 1.14 lakh and Pulsar 220F is priced at Rs 1.41 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
