According to IGI Airport Police Deputy Commissioner Usha Rangnani, while investigating the emergency certificate issued to accused Navtej Singh in Germany, the officials of the Immigration Bureau became suspicious. Actually, during the investigation, it was found that the address recorded in the Immigration Bureau’s system and the address recorded in the emergency certificate are different. This mistake proved costly for the accused Navtej Singh.
