On May 6, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the Indian School Certificate (ISC) and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) examination results. This year the overall pass percentage of class 12th is 98.19 percent and the overall pass percentage of class 10th is 99.47 percent. Meanwhile, a bright student of Saint Xavier School, Sector 1, Bokaro has topped his district by scoring 98 per cent marks in class 10th.
Ayush Suman is a resident of Bokaro who topped in his district and scored 98 percent marks. In an interview with Local18, he revealed that he is very happy with his results. His goal is to take science in 11th and then pursue engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He told that he used to study 7 hours daily and during the last 2 months of the exam he studied more than 10 hours every day. Out of 100, he scored 95 in English, 99 in Hindi, 98 in Mathematics, 98 in Science and 99 in Social Science.
While giving advice to other students, Ayush Suman highlighted the need to study school books thoroughly. He then suggested taking some help from other guidebooks. He said that by doing this there will be no confusion among the students and they will be able to score good marks in the examination. For his success, he credits his parents and school teachers, who helped him during board exam preparation and were a huge support system.
Ayush Suman’s father Srinath Suman is an ophthalmologist, while his mother Sambhavna Suman is a housewife. His father expressed happiness and pride at his son’s success. He said that he is very happy and wishes that Ayush continues to work hard in future. Meanwhile, Principal of St. Xavier’s School, Arun Minj, wished his student all the best.
