Kajol and actor-husband Ajay Devgan have two children – daughter Nysa Devgan, 20, and son Yug Devgan, 13. Nysa, who is often seen in paparazzi videos, will turn 21 on April 20. A day before her birthday, mother Kajol took to Instagram to share a long post about Nyssa. Along with an old picture of Nysa sitting on Kajol’s lap, the actor wrote about her motherhood journey. Kajol’s post for Nyasa
Her caption read, “Tomorrow is Nysa’s 21st birthday but today it’s about me and how I became a mother. How she fulfilled my biggest wish and how she makes me happy every day since then, just by being herself. I am grateful and amazed by her love and her unwavering support for how she makes me. I may be wrong but I can never be wrong.”
The actor further wrote, “How she makes me laugh and I love standing on my soap box and boasting about what my child does and says. How I felt for the first time and every time since she calls me ‘Mom’. It is like a call to arms for some very dear cause. Sometimes I wish I could wrap it up and put it back in my stomach for a day so my heart could feel back in the same body where it started. Love is a common word to describe what you feel for your children. This is too much. So yes, today is about me. Now I am taking the bow.”

Kajol is nisaa
Kajol had once revealed that Nysa is very much like her. He shared Nysa’s reaction when she told her what her own mother, veteran actor Tanuja, used to tell her when she was younger.
Kajol told Instant Bollywood in a 2023 interview, “My mother was one of those people who used to say, ‘I really hope and pray that you get a daughter like you.’ And I said the same thing to my daughter, and my daughter’s response was, ‘No, I have sons because I don’t think I can handle a daughter like me.’ I was like okay, now you know Nyssa, now you know.
Kajol will next be seen in Do Patti. The film marks actor Kriti Sanon’s debut as a producer. Last year, Kajol was seen in Lust Stories 2 and The Trial.
