The court issued notices to Patanjali Ayurveda and its managing director, Acharya Balkrishna, questioning violation of court directions and warning of possible contempt proceedings.
A bench of Justices Hima Kohli and Ahsanuddin Amanullah asked Patanjali Ayurveda and its officials, as per their commitment made on November 21 last year, not to make any media statements, whether in print or electronic format, criticizing the pharmaceutical system. Warned against issuing.
