Stop your breath for counting seven. Then exhale through your mouth to count eight, produce a “Hush” sound again. Repeat this breathing pattern for three to four cycles. Lion’s breath

Take a deep breath through your nose, fill your stomach with your lung air. Once you breathe completely, open your mouth wide and move your tongue towards your chin. By breathing firmly through your mouth, making a ‘ah’ sound as you breathe. Continue this process for some breaths.

Alternative nostril

Sit comfortably and start using your right thumb to close your right nostril gently, and place your right ring and pinky fingers on your left nostril. Keeping the right one closed and exhale through your left nostril. Breathing through the left nostril. Then, open your right nostril and use your ring and pinky fingers to close your left nostril. Exhale through the right nostril. Breathe through the right nostril. Close the right nostril again with your thumb and exhale through the left nostril. For many breaths, keep breathing with this turn.
